The Chicago Amateur Piano Competition is the first contest in the Midwest honoring the fundamental role amateur pianists play in promoting the piano and its repertoire. In the spirit of enjoyment and fun, we offer a chance for amateurs to perform the music they love, to celebrate all the wonders of the piano, and to encourage fellow amateur pianists in a friendly atmosphere.
